Even though the Obamas left the White House a while ago, Michelle seems to be in the center again. She was pretty vocal during her husband’s presidency, and she won’t break the habit even now, after Obama left the office.
If you thought that Michelle would disappear from public’s eyes, you better think twice. The former first lady is launching herself right back into the world of politics.
As Yahoo News reports, Michelle will be the keynote speaker at the WorkHuman® 2017 conference in Phoenix, Arizona. The conference is scheduled in the period between May 30 and June 1. Globoforce®, the leading provider of social recognition solutions, announced the role of Michelle.
According to Eric Mosley, CEO of Globoforce, Michelle Obama is an inspiration in every sense of the word. “As First Lady, she was wholeheartedly dedicated to the human cause – striving to uplift others, improve the quality of life for people around the world, and giving voice to the people who often go unheard.” Well, we can feel the stench here. Mosley said that they are honored to host “such a strong leader,” and praised Michelle’s energy and passion, adding that it will be of key importance for the WorkHuman movement.
It seems like Michelle Obama was “quiet” just because she was working on her comeback. Who knows, maybe she will even run for a president. The Obamas still count on people’s support, and the former first lady is trying her chances in the world of “top speakers.” Will she make money on her speech? Probably yes. The Obamas never do anything for free, that’s a sure bet.
Let’s not forget that they are pretty close with Obama’s former top aide Valerie Jarrett. Maybe they’re working out new ways to take Trump down.
What do you think about this? How will people accept Michelle’s comeback?
